We know your pets are family. That's why Paloma Summit Condominium Rentals is a pet-friendly community.

Paloma Summit Condominium Rentals participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.


We partner with an innovative company called PooPrints which has effectively reduced and even eliminated un-scooped dog waste around the community, keeping our pets and residents happier and healthier.


Pet Fees:

Pet Deposit: $500 per pet

Dog Rent: $50/month per dog

Cat Rent: $50/month per cat
